There’s no debate that a good breakfast is one of the major components of healthy eating and having a productive day. The importance you place on what you put into your body upon rising has a ripple effect that can be seen throughout the day and week.
Whether it’s a sweeter cereal or porridge, or something more savory, it’s important to change up what you’re eating and keep it interesting so you don’t get bored and fall off the healthy-eating wagon.

The following are some of our favorite Paleo breakfast sandwich recipes to try or simply get some inspiration as you add to your repertoire of reliable Paleo breakfast recipes. Let us know in the comments which one you like best!
