I used to be really confused about what a skillet was and how it was different from saute pans, so let me share that with you very quickly in this post. Then you can get on and cook these delicious Paleo breakfast skillet recipes in your skillet or other pan.
What’s The Difference Between a Skillet and a Saute Pan?
So the main difference is the shape of the pans. A saute pan has straight sides and a skillet has curved sides. What this results in is that the saute pan has more volume than a skillet.
So, should you use a skillet or a saute pan?
From my own experience, the difference is minimal, so you can use either for most recipes. However, what is popular is to use cast iron skillets, which you can then dump into the oven easily. So, if you have a cast iron skillet, bust it out and try it with these Paleo breakfast skillet recipes.
Top 5 Paleo Breakfast Skillet Recipe
This is a beautiful skillet recipe jam-packed with delicious bacon, plantains, and kale. It’s also Whole30-compliant as well as dairy-free!
Ingredients: green plantain, bacon, kale, salt, egg.

Ingredients: apples, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, coconut oil.
