5-Minute Paleo Chocolate Pumpkin Pie

5-Minute Paleo Chocolate Pumpkin Pie

One of the best things about pumpkin puree is that it’s edible straight out of the can!

So, why slave for hours making dessert?

This pie is just 4 ingredients and can be made in just 5 minutes (less if you’re quick!).

Note – I made this recipe without any sweeteners, but I know not everyone enjoys unsweetened pumpkin pie! So feel free to add your choice of sweetener to this.

This is a great and easy recipe!!!! I used Kerrygold butter. Thanks!

    Louise - November 22

Thanks Hilary! I love how easy it is 🙂

Melissa - November 27

This looks yummy! I might just have to whip it up to enjoy while I make my pumpkin bars for tomorrow. Only problem is I don’t have a microwave. Guess I’ll try it double boiler style.

It’ll totally work – it’s just to dry it out a bit so it’s more solid (since the canned pumpkin puree is cooked).

Amanda - March 30

Hello! I’m wondering if there is something I can use instead of ghee? The area I live in even in health food stores and grocery stores do not carry ghee. I tried looking on Amazon but Canada’s amazon has much less options then the U.S Amazon and the prices for it and shipping are through the roof!!

    Louise - March 30

3 options. 1. You can make your own ghee with butter. 2. You can use butter instead if you’re ok with it. 3. You can use coconut oil or coconut butter.

Beka - September 12

So here’s a silly question… do you have any ideas for how to do this if you don’t have a microwave? We moved in July and trying to see how long we can go without buying one!
