Paleo Chicken and Dumpling Soup Recipe

Janice | January 18

Some foods feel like a hug from the inside, and the Paleo Chicken and Dumpling Soup recipe is one of them.

It is the ultimate comfort food, but it is good for you, too. It is completely gluten-free and doesn’t contain any inflammatory ingredients. And if you are following an AIP diet, just be sure to omit the black pepper.

And a quick tip about cooking, after you drop in the dumpling better, do not stir the soup until the dumplings are completely cooked.

Another tip, feel free to use slightly less chicken broth for a thicker, chunkier soup.

Paleo Sweet Potato Chili Recipe

Janice | January 18

If you’ve never had sweet potato chili, you are missing out! The subtle sweetness of the sweet potatoes married with the delicious earthy spices makes the perfect combination.

And it is ready in about 30 minutes. Of course, it tastes better the longer that you let it simmer, and it is out of this world delicious the next day.

But I never have enough willpower to resist eating it as soon as the sweet potatoes are soft. (Here’s a tip – cut them really small for faster cooking.)

Also, the recipe tastes just as delicious with ground turkey instead of ground beef.

And it is easy to double, which you’ll want to do because it’ll definitely be a hot with your entire family.

And no one will miss the beans!
