- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or water)
- 1 handful of greens of your choice (spinach, kale, chard)
- 1 cup ice
- Place the avocado, banana, and ice into the blender.
- Top with the greens of your choice.
- Blend until smooth (add extra coconut milk or water if you have trouble blending it).
