  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the honey, paprika, salt, tamari soy sauce (optional), lemon juice (optional).
  3. Dip the salmon filets in the mixture and cover well.
  4. Place the salmon filets on a baking tray (you can line it with aluminum foil). Pour any leftover mixture over the salmon filets.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
