Ingredients
- 2 pieces of salmon filet
- 2 Tablespoons raw honey
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce or coconut aminos (optional)
- freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- In a bowl, combine the honey, paprika, salt, tamari soy sauce (optional), lemon juice (optional).
- Dip the salmon filets in the mixture and cover well.
- Place the salmon filets on a baking tray (you can line it with aluminum foil). Pour any leftover mixture over the salmon filets.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
