Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or water)
- 1 teaspoon mint tea leaves (or use approx. 10 fresh mint leaves)
- 1/2 avocado
- 3/4 cup of ice (I used 4 large ice cubes made from this ice cube tray)
Instructions
- Pour the coconut milk into the blender.
- Add in the frozen blueberries.
- Add in the avocado (use a spoon to scoop out the flesh).
- Add in the ice cubes.
- Add in the mint leaves and blend until smooth.
