Blueberry Mint Smoothie Recipe [AIP, Paleo, Dairy-Free]
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
mint tea leaves
(or use approx. 10 fresh mint leaves)
3/4 cup of ice (I used 4 large ice cubes made from this
ice cube tray
Pour the coconut milk into the blender.
Add in the frozen blueberries.
Add in the avocado (use a spoon to scoop out the flesh).
Add in the ice cubes.
Add in the mint leaves and blend until smooth.
