Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (omit or use alcohol-free version for AIP)
- Dash of salt
- Unsweetened cacao powder (use carob powder for AIP) to sprinkle on top (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250F (120C) if serving warm.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form small balls (1-inch diameter) from the dough using your hands.
- Refrigerate or bake at 250F for 15 min.
