Coconut Oil Paleo Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz (300 g) mixed nuts, roughly crushed
  • 2 oz (60 g) mixed seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil, melted
  • 2 oz (60 g) raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Mix together the crushed nuts and seeds and mix with the melted coconut oil and honey.
  3. Lay a large piece of parchment paper over a baking tray and spread the nuts and seeds over the tray.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.  Then add in the raisins and stir well.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
