Ingredients
- 3 cans (14 oz) young jackfruit, drained and shredded
- 1/2 cup Paleo BBQ sauce
- 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 onion, chopped into thin slices
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped into thin slices
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on a low temperature for 2 hours.
