Easy Fajitas Recipe [Paleo, Keto]

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb of beef (choose a steak of your choice), sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • Dash of chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro, finely diced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Romaine lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop up the bell peppers, onions, and steak into long strips.
  2. Add some oil to a frying pan and pan-fry the onions and peppers. If you’re using raw steak, then pan-fry that separately.
  3. Once the onions turn translucent, add in the strips of beef.
  4. Add in the spices, seasoning, cilantro, and salt to taste.
  5. Saute for a few more minutes and then eat immediately. Enjoy with some super easy guacamole.
