Ingredients
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 lb of beef (choose a steak of your choice), sliced
- 1 Tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- Dash of chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro, finely diced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Romaine lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Chop up the bell peppers, onions, and steak into long strips.
- Add some oil to a frying pan and pan-fry the onions and peppers. If you’re using raw steak, then pan-fry that separately.
- Once the onions turn translucent, add in the strips of beef.
- Add in the spices, seasoning, cilantro, and salt to taste.
- Saute for a few more minutes and then eat immediately. Enjoy with some super easy guacamole.
