Ingredients

  • 1/3 zucchini, chopped into long strips
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into long strips
  • 1 avocado, sliced into strips
  • a small bunch of parsley
  • romaine lettuce, cut into strips
  • 6 thick slices of deli ham
  • 1 Tablespoon Paleo mayo
  • 2 Tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the strips of zucchini, bell pepper, avocado, romaine lettuce, and parsley onto a plate.
  2. Dab a bit of mayo and mustard on a slice of ham and then add in the raw veggies.
  3. Roll up the ham to make a wrap and eat.
