Ingredients

  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 g) raisins
  • 2 large handfuls of salad greens
  • 2 Tablespoons crunchy salad topping (see recipe here)
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Toss all the ingredients together.
  2. Divide into 2 bowls and serve.
