Ingredients
- 1 peach, stone removed and chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 oz almonds
- 2 brazil nuts
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add in the coconut milk, coconut oil, almonds, brazil nuts, peach, banana, avocado first into the blender.
- Then add in the ice.
- Finally top with the protein powder.
- Blend really well.
