Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt coconut oil. Add in chopped nuts, coconut, flax and spices. Stir until well combined and coated in oil.
- Pan roast the nuts over high heat. Pour in honey, vanilla and almond extract. Continue cooking nuts, stirring frequently, until mixture starts to brown (about 10 minutes).
- Alternatively, you can mix together the ingredients and place on a large baking sheet. Bake at 400F, stirring frequently for about 15 or 20 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes. Store in a sealed container for about a week.
