  1. In a large skillet, melt coconut oil. Add in chopped nuts, coconut, flax and spices. Stir until well combined and coated in oil.
  2. Pan roast the nuts over high heat. Pour in honey, vanilla and almond extract. Continue cooking nuts, stirring frequently, until mixture starts to brown (about 10 minutes).
  3. Alternatively, you can mix together the ingredients and place on a large baking sheet. Bake at 400F, stirring frequently for about 15 or 20 minutes.
  4. Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes. Store in a sealed container for about a week.
