Ingredients
- 1 6oz can of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 Tablespoon coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 t mustard powder (optional)
- stevia equivalent to 1/2 Tablespoons of sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan. Heat on a medium heat for a few minutes while stirring.
