Ingredients
- 3 cups (330 g) almond flour
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons (150 ml) olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) almond milk (or water)
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons (9 g) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon (2 g) salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300F (149 C).
- Grease a loaf pan (9 in by 5 in (22.5 cm by 12.5 cm)) (with olive oil or coconut oil).
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread so that it fills the pan evenly.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
- Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife.
