Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300F (149 C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan (9 in by 5 in (22.5 cm by 12.5 cm)) (with olive oil or coconut oil).
  3. Mix together all the ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and spread so that it fills the pan evenly.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife.
