Ingredients
- 1/2 lb broccolini
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1–2 Tablespoons garlic powder (optional)
- 2–3 Tablespoons olive oil to saute in
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add the olive oil into the saute pan on medium heat.
- Add in the broccolini and saute for 5 minutes (parboil the broccolini first if you prefer it softer).
- Add in the garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Saute for a few more minutes and serve immediately.
