- 1 cucumber (12-13 oz) – peeled and cut into large chunks to fit into blender
- 5 small basil leaves (or 3 large leaves)
- Juice from 1/4 lime
- 1/4 cup water to get blender going
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
- Salt to taste
- Place the cucumber, basil, lime juice, and water into a blender and blend well.
- Using a strainer, squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber mash.
- Mix in the sesame oil, garlic powder, and salt.
- Enjoy chilled!
