Paleo Chocolate Brownies Recipe

This is a really easy recipe with very few ingredients or steps – so enjoy!  There are just 5 ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, cacao powder, banana, and dates)

Guilt-Free Paleo Chocolate Brownies Recipe (paleo, dairy-free, vegan)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a bullet type blender, pulse/blend dates and banana until smooth.
  4. Add puree to bowl of dry ingredients and mix with spoon until it become a “dough.” Transfer batter into a small, non-stick baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
