Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup pure cacao powder
- 6–7 Deglet dates
- 1 large, very ripe banana (about 1 cup sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
- In a bullet type blender, pulse/blend dates and banana until smooth.
- Add puree to bowl of dry ingredients and mix with spoon until it become a “dough.” Transfer batter into a small, non-stick baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
