  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine the almond flour, baking soda, ghee, eggs, raw honey, and vanilla extract together in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan (to around 3/4 full) and level out with a spoon.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when you insert it into a muffin.
