Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 g) of coconut flour
- 2 Tablespoons (24 g) of cacao powder
- 2 Tablespoons (24 g) of erythritol
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup (126 ml) of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) of ghee
- confectioners erythritol, to dust
Instructions
- Prepare your dry ingredients by combining the coconut flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients: egg, almond milk, and ghee.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well. The dough should be of a thick slurry consistency. If it is too thick, add a dash of almond milk.
