Ingredients
- 1.5 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon whey protein (or use coconut flour or arrowroot flour)
- 1 Tablespoon honey (add more if you want it to be sweeter)
- Dash of stevia
- 2 Tablespoons raisins
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mug.
- Place mug into microwave and microwave for 90 seconds on high (900 W).
- Let cool for a few minutes and pop out of the mug.
- Slice into 4 thin slices and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy with some ghee.
