Coconut Bliss Dark Chocolate Bar Recipe [Paleo, Dairy-Free]
Have you ever tried Coconut Bliss Dark Chocolate Bars? If so, then you’ll know how delicious those dairy-free chocolate ice cream bars are!
Well, this recipe creates something very similar that you can make at home and enjoy tonight.
How To Make Coconut Bliss Dark Chocolate Bars
Place the coconut milk, cacao powder, raw honey, vanilla extract, coconut sugar (optional), and pinch of salt (preferably vanilla bean salt) into a blender (I used a magic bullet blender for a smaller batch).

This is the vanilla bean salt I used that I highly recommend – it’s delicious and really tastes like both salt and vanilla!

Blend well. Try the mixture to see how it tastes – add more honey, cacao powder, vanilla extract, or coconut milk to suit your tastes.

Pour into ice pop molds. The recipe below makes two 2.5 oz bars. You can scale it to make more bars to keep in your freezer.
Freeze for 3-4 hours.

When ready to eat, rinse the ice pop molds under hot water for a few minutes and the chocolate bars will slide right now.

Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together well (I used a magic bullet blender for this small batch).
- Taste the mixture and add more of any ingredient you want.
- Pour into ice pop molds (this recipe makes two 2.5 oz bars). Make sure there’s a bit of space left over as the mixture will expand when it freezes.
- Freeze for 4+ hours. When ready to eat, run the ice pop mold for a few minutes under hot water to make it easier to pull the ice pops out.
