Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (56 g) coconut flour
- 1/4 cup (30 g) almond flour
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) ghee, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (40 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Combine all the ingredients together and pour into a small greased baking dish (6 by 6 inch).
- Bake for 20 minutes.
