Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- Coconut oil to cook the chicken and onion
Instructions
- Saute the diced chicken and onion in coconut oil until cooked.
- Wait for the chicken and onion to cool. Then combine all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
