Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup ghee or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons ginger powder
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash of cloves
- Dash of ground cardamom
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Form approximately 15 small balls from the dough. Press each into a small thin cookie and place on a cookie sheet (or parchment paper).
- Bake in oven for 11 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy.
