After trying these healthy snacks, you’ll never want to stop.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (80 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut butter, slightly melted
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon (6 g) turmeric powder
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) raw honey
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Add more ingredients to fit your tastes.
- Roll into small balls and place onto a plate or if the mixture is too soft, then pack into ice cube trays. Set in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Make sure to defrost the snacks for 5-10 minutes before enjoying. This will soften them to make them easier to enjoy.
