Description
Paleo popsicles with the benefits of turmeric.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk (from a can of coconut milk)
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) raw honey
- Dash of stevia if you want it sweeter (optional)
- 1/2 Tablespoon (3 g) turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) ground ginger
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions
- Blend everything together and pour into popsicle molds (each mold holds 1/4 cup).
- Freeze for 4+ hours.
- Run under hot water for a few seconds to make it easier to pull the popsicles out of the molds.
