Ingredients
- 3 kiwis
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup packed spinach – frozen or fresh
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds – optional
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with hemp seeds if you want to add more healthy fats and protein to your smoothie. Enjoy!
