Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup packed spinach – frozen or fresh
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds – optional

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with hemp seeds if you want to add more healthy fats and protein to your smoothie. Enjoy!
