  1. Make 1 serving of Paleo microwave bread, crumble the bread, and then bake it in the oven for 5-10 minutes to make Paleo bread crumbs.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F and grease the loaf pan with coconut oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, pork, onion, egg, parsley, salt, paleo bread crumbs, almond milk, and coconut milk.
  4. Place the meatloaf mixture into the greased loaf pan and slather 2-4 tablespoons of Paleo ketchup on top.
  5. Bake in oven for an hour, and check with a meat thermometer that the internal temperature reaches 160F.
  6. Cut into large slices (1-inch thick) and serve with more Paleo ketchup if needed.
