Paleo ‘Parmesan’ Kale Chips Recipe

Description

Nutritional yeast lends these kale chips their rich cheesy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz (98 g) of curly kale, center stalk removed
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon (8 g) of nutritional yeast
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Place the kale into a large bowl and drizzle over the olive oil. Use clean hands to toss the kale and evenly coat in the oil.
  3. Spread the kale out on a large roasting tray. Bake for no longer than 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove and scatter over the nutritional yeast.
  5. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
