Ingredients
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) grated ginger
- 2 Tablespoons (24 g) chia seed
- 1 cup (30 g) spinach or other greens
Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in the almond milk for 10 minutes before using.
- Blend everything together well.
