Ingredients
- 1 banana (100 g), peeled and diced
- 6 oz (178 g) of coconut water (180g)
- 14 oz (400 g) of pineapple chunks
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) of full-fat coconut milk (from a can)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve chilled.
