Description

Bring the vacation to breakfast when you need a little extra pick-me-up.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana (100 g), peeled and diced
  • 6 oz (178 g) of coconut water (180g)
  • 14 oz (400 g) of pineapple chunks
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) of full-fat coconut milk (from a can)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve chilled.
