Paleo Pressure Cooker Recipes - 63 AIP & Paleo Pressure Cooker Recipes (Instant Pot) https://paleoflourish.com/paleo-pressure-cooker-recipes-instant-pot

I used to be a die-hard slow cooker fan, and I still love my slow cookers. But I’ve recently started loving the Instant Pot (an easy-to-use and multi-functional pressure cooker).

If you don’t have one of these yet, then I highly recommend getting one from Amazon here – it’s a great investment! Then, use your Instapot to try these delicious Paleo pressure cooker recipes.

There are 63 pressure cooker recipes to try, and we’ve grouped them by meat type to help make your meal planning a bit easier. There’s even a handy table of contents to make jumping from section to section easier.

How To Use Your Instant Pot?

It’s really easy to the Instant Pot – just place ingredients into the metal pot. Secure the lid, make sure the vent is closed, pressure a button (depends on what you’re cooking), and wait approximately an hour.

Pressure cookers are especially useful if you forgot to set your slow cooker earlier or if you get home and there’s nothing to eat.
