Description

A super fast jam that’s not too sweet


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 2 teaspoons (8 g) chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pot and simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Pour into jars and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
