Description
A super fast jam that’s not too sweet
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 2 teaspoons (8 g) chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small pot and simmer.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Pour into jars and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
