Description

Naturally sweet, wholesome, and creamy – a delicious way to start the day.


Ingredients

  • 7oz raspberries (200g)
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of coconut cream, to drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries, coconut milk, and crushed ice into a blender and blitz until fairly smooth. Pour into a glass and drizzle over a little whisked coconut cream before enjoying!
