Ingredients
- 7oz raspberries (200g)
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) of full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of coconut cream, to drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Place the raspberries, coconut milk, and crushed ice into a blender and blitz until fairly smooth. Pour into a glass and drizzle over a little whisked coconut cream before enjoying!
