Eating Out Paleo: Gordon Ramsay Steak, Las Vegas, NV

This is my favorite Gordon Ramsay restaurant so far! I’ve been twice now in the past 6 months, and I’ve loved it both times. In particular, the American Wagyu/Kobe Rib Cap was stunning. By far the best steak I’ve had in the US!

Appetizer
We started with the Kurobuta Pork Belly. We didn’t want to order too much else since the entree is really filling.
Entree
We ordered the American Wagyu/Kobe Rib Cap with an additional side of demi-roasted bone marrow and pan seared foie gras. WOW! It was amazing. They gave us a large serving of bone marrow (almost too much to finish), and pretty good portion of delicious foie gras. But the rib cap was the best part. It literally just melts in your mouth – it’s unlike other steaks! And it’s grass-fed (or so my server told me). The Prime Beef steak options on the menu are corn-fed.
The server pushes around a “steak cart” (pictured below) so that s/he can point to the cut of steak when you’re deciding.
