Ingredients
- 2.8 oz (78 g) of smoked salmon, roughly chopped
- 1/2 large avocado (100 g), peeled and diced
- 1/4 cucumber (55 g), cut into thick sticks
- 3 cherry tomatoes (51 g), halved
- 1/2 lime
- finely chopped cilantro, to garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except lime and cilantro. Squeeze the lime over the dish and top off with cilantro.
