Description

Subbing smoked salmon for fresh fish makes this dish an easy go-to.


Ingredients

  • 2.8 oz (78 g) of smoked salmon, roughly chopped 
  • 1/2 large avocado (100 g), peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cucumber (55 g), cut into thick sticks
  • 3 cherry tomatoes (51 g), halved
  • 1/2 lime  
  • finely chopped cilantro, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except lime and cilantro. Squeeze the lime over the dish and top off with cilantro.
