Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of almond butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/2 banana (50 g), sliced
- 1 sweet potato toast slice
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) of chopped nuts and seeds, for topping
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Carefully spread the almond butter on the sweet potato toast.
- Place the banana slices on top.
- Sprinkle with nuts/seeds and drizzle with honey.
