Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (approx. 2 lb), broken into florets
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (omit for AIP)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Food process the cauliflower florets until they form rice-like pieces.
- Add coconut oil to a large frying pan and cook the cauliflower rice pieces.
- Add turmeric, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix in and cook until softened to your liking.
