Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (2 g) turmeric powder (or a small piece of fresh turmeric)
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) coconut oil
  • Dash of black pepper
