Paleo Waldorf Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups salad leaves of your choice
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) Paleo mayo
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Granny Smith apple or other green apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 sticks of celery, thinly sliced at an angle
  • 12 grapes, halved
  • 30g walnuts, roughly chopped (1 oz)

Instructions

  1. Simply toss all the ingredients together after prepping and slicing as indicated in the ingredients list.
  2. Divide between two bowls and enjoy!
