Review of Pork Clouds (Pork Rinds)
I started loving pork rinds as an easy Paleo snack (that has a nice crunch to it) just over a year ago, so when Bacon’s Heir asked me to try their Pork Clouds, I of course said yes! Here’s a short review of what I thought:
The Verdict?
Let’s get to the point. They’re pretty tasty – not as light as the Chicharrones from 4505 Meats, but they do come in a variety of flavors and you can purchase them on Amazon here.
Ingredients
Everything is cooked in GMO-free olive oil.
Pork Clouds Come in 3 Flavors
Rosemary & Sea Salt, Malabar Black Pepper, and Habañero Pepper. Plus they also have Pork Dust (smashed up pork rinds), which can be used as a breadcrumb replacement!
