Roasted Garlic

  • 20 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Place the garlic cloves onto a piece of tin foil and form the tin foil into a bowl around the cloves.
  3. Pour in the olive oil into this bowl. Close up the top of the bowl by scrunching up the tin foil. Place another piece of tin foil around it to prevent leakage.
  4. Place in oven for 40 minutes.
