Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 Tablespoon mustard (add more to taste)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon mayo (optional – see here for a recipe or here to buy this Paleo mayo online)
  • [Optional] 1 Tablespoon pickles, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut up the hard boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine with the mustard, mayo, and salt. Mix well.
