- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/2 Tablespoon mustard (add more to taste)
- 1/2 Tablespoon mayo (optional – see here for a recipe or here to buy this Paleo mayo online)
- [Optional] 1 Tablespoon pickles, chopped
- salt to taste
- Cut up the hard boiled eggs into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine with the mustard, mayo, and salt. Mix well.
- Serving Size: 2 eggs worth
