Ingredients
- 2 cups whole almonds
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- Stevia equivalent to 6 Tablespoons of sugar
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Food process or blend the whole almonds with the chia seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form small cookies with your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
