Ingredients
- 1/2 Tablespoon (7 g) ghee
- 1/2 Tablespoon (7 g) coconut oil
- 1–2 cups (240–480 ml) of whatever coffee you like (or black or rooibos tea)
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) almond milk or coconut milk
Instructions
- Put the ghee, coconut oil, almond milk (or coconut milk), and the coffee into a blender.
- Blend for 5-10 seconds. The coffee turns a foamy, creamy color. Pour it into your favorite coffee cup and enjoy!
- If you don’t have a blender, then try using a milk frother
