Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz (100 g) arugula leaves
  • 4 oz (115 g) turkey deli meat or turkey breast meat, diced into small pieces
  • 10 raspberries (or blueberries)
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime

Instructions

  1. Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and enjoy.
